It's true. I typically only post the more artful ones, but I wind up with an awful lot of "cute nose shots."
Today it looks like it's thinking about being spring out, but it's still a little too cold outside to actually edge into the realm of "pleasant" ... Maybe tomorrow will manage to make it into that category.
It's true. I did a little bit of research (in the form of asking other alpaca breeders on Facebook what they thought of it), and concluded that a Pinterest page (page? account? feed?) would be a worthwhile endeavor.
I never really "got" Pinterest ... And I'll admit; it's taking a little while to catch on. It is kind of neat, though.
Check it out! (In case the link doesn't work, it's https://www.pinterest.com/howlinghillfarm/ -- Weebly has been awfully buggy lately ...)
Farm 'blogs get kind of boring in the winter. This is by necessity. If I tried to post frequently, they'd all start sounding like this:
"Last week, we got some snow. The alpacas got snow on them. Then it snowed again over the weekend, and today, it's snowing. In a couple days, we're predicted to get some more snow."
... Yeah, that would get old.
K writes this stuff, for some reason that has yet to become apparent.
